Just before our screening of A Matter of Life and Death, we will be presenting a special short film from New York Times' Op-Docs series about a film projectionist in Ohio.

Set during World War II, a British aviator escapes death and then must argue for his life in front of a celestial court. A gorgeously executed work from two legendary UK filmmakers. Featuring a special intro filmed with Thelma Schoomaker, famed film editor and widow of Michael Powell.
